Cross Care Support is a small local NDIS support service offering support to clients with disabilities and mental health needs within the greater Newcastle and Lake Macquarie region. This business has been founded in the aim to help individuals develop personal skills, engage in lifelong learning and development and come by independence with a new lease on life. We specialise in being flexible with our clients and lend a hand to support them in their day to day routines. At Cross Care Support, we are passionate about making a difference and building capacity within the community to encourage a lifetime of personal success.
We have been working with Cross Care Support for nearly six months now. After not being able to find the support workers who are real in their approach to dealing with a teen with a complex diagnosis, discovering Cross Care Support and their staff has been a welcome relief.
